The appendages located around the mouth are used for feeding  are called mouth parts.as insects feed in various forms ,their mouth parts show their specializations.The following are the important types of mouth parts in insects:

  • Biting and Chewing type
  • Chewing and Lapping type
  • Piercing and Sucking type
  • Sponging type and 
  • Siphoning type

Living symbol of Peace   GENERAL FEATURES It is cosmopolitan in nature. It is a gentle bird. It reffered to be the "Symbol of peace." It exhibits social behaviour. They fly in flocks and roost( a place where birds are going to sleep ) together. It is monogamous and the partnership is lasts for entire life.
